I started roughly a month before the shupogakis and had more than enough to to roll both of them through pities alone. If you actually bother reading through the story up to finish Volume F, which I didn't do at the time, you'll likely be able to get a 4th character through pities alone in that time frame, especially since you get 100 free rolls when Seia up.

You can, but the cost will be great.
Idk what we have in the way of rerolling accounts, but securing band Kazusa in minimal rolls will give you your best shot. After that you rush missions and main story to level up your account and collect pyros.
Dont go spending any of them after Kazusa, they all need to go to bluefes in December for Seia Swimsuit and Dress Hina. If you rerolled for Kazusa on your first 10 pull, you could do it all in 310 pulls cause I'm p sure Dress Hina is on banner for fes. Quite doable.

That said, every time you beat the minigame, you start the next run with more stats, so eventually you can get everything simply because, after 1+ week playing, your starting stats are like 700+.

You log in every day to do Lessons, collect the AP from your cafe, rewards for winning in PvP. If you don't log in every day, your AP overflows and you're wasting it.
There are daily tasks in the form of things like "do 3 bounties" or "collect 5 artifacts" but you get those completed just by spending your daily AP.

Then there are raids. Total Assault and Joint Fire Drill require you to do them every day but Grand Assault you can do it all on the same day, even save for the last one if you want.
Raids are only one week long so, at the beginning of a month, it's usually the Fire Drill, then it ends and it's something else, then it ends and it's something...sometimes there are weeks with nothing to do, no events or raids, we call those Dead Weeks.

This sounds like a lot but, most days, we can get everything done in under 10 minutes.

I love the ASS club, but their band versions have such LONG animations. Both EX and Basic Skill activations. It's obvious they were tailor made for red Set. In regular scrolling levels they often lag so much behind they disappear from the screen entirely.

My understanding is that they actually do 1 damage, but the bonus from being full health is not affected. Meaning that the only way to actually win is to use AoE multihit purple characters. Of which there are surprisingly quite a few.
The squarebots do almost no damage what what you want to do is have a tank(Aoba is the best), a way to force them to move forward(could be self propelled like Aoba or use someone like Serina), a purple aoe character(Ichika by far the best by sHanako and Renge works too, or whoever you have) and some sort of accelerator(sShiroko, Seia, Himari, Kisaki or even Cherino) or just Rio.

Even if ass band excels in red content, odds are you already have reds and can cope with them getting a modest clear instead of pushing red set to floor 100+. Getting barricaded out of purple raids for not having enough purple students is a lot bigger of a concern.
Eventually you'll need niche students to fill specific roles but a lot of people just don't have a lot of purple to build full teams or are lacking specific roles within it. SHanako, momiji, and shupos can't be all you have unless you stick to low difficulty

It's very straightforward. Just raise all the attributes, while not letting the energy fall below 100. You can't max out on the first (or the second, or the third) run. But after you beat the mini-game, you get to carry over a portion of your final stats. So with every "new game+" you will be getting higher and higher final results. There are also material rewards and bonus scenes for reaching certain stat thresholds.

My first 4/4/4 JFD but I have to sweat every run and reset at least a couple of times because if any one of them doesn't go perfectly it's a failure. I am in hell.

You can sorta kinda use her in Chesed, but even there she has neutral armor. So it's best to go with Tsubaki or Sumire (ew). Though the mobs do help with Tsurugi's self-sustain, it's not really enough on higher difficulties.
Aside from that... You could maybe use her for pure tanking in blue damage raids? But in those it's seriously best to use other tanks like Natsu and Hoshino, since they also bring something else to the table.
