Botw purists are the weirdest to me. I hated botw with a fiery passion when it released. I had pretty much accepted that the zelda I knew was dead when totk came out and ended up enjoying totk a lot just because it had so much goofy fun shit to play with. I will never understand the people that prefer botw to totk.

Of course there are tons of genuine fans. The classic games are amazing. But if you deny that the falseflaggers even exist, then you're most likely one of them yourself.
And most modern fans do not dislike the old games at all.
