If you're wondering why women in general like to dress like that, there is a biological concept called "sexual signaling", where creatures have limbic system (reflexive) coding in their behavior that causes them to subconsciously signal their mate quality to people while fertile.
For woman, this means swaying their hips when they walk and showing off their body shape more. It also causes them to stand in "lordotic posture" which means they stick their ass and chest out more depending on what phase of the menstural cycle they are on.
