Hell Let Loose. It’s a 50v50 (ideally) “hardcore” shooter set in WW2. You play as either Americans or third worlders and get put in a squad of six players. The playerbase is entirely random, sometimes you’ll get a squad where everyone constantly talks and coordinates, sometimes you’ll get a squad with one lone dude trying to pull the team together and some pothead telling him to shut up, sometimes you’ll get a squad of people that just straight up do not talk or coordinate. There’s also text chat if you’d rather do that. The large team sizes help you blend in amongst the other teammates more easily than in something like, say, Marvel Rivals or CSGO where every player gets death threats from their teammates if they dare to die even once. It’s a low pressure game as long as you ignore the sweaty niggers that get blame everything on their teammates.
Arma Reforger. Arma is basically VRChat with guns. It’s an extremely social game where you’re basically forced to talk to people. But half the playerbase are Xbox dudebros who are the most chill dudes ever and the other half are PC autists much like yourself. Also, just like in HLL, teams have a high number of players in each, so the blame gets spread more thinly and there’s less pressure for you to carry your weight. Yes, the community is toxic but more in the “people calling each other niggers” way and less in the actually toxic “swap off Junkrat you fucking loser and fucking kill yourself” followed by you getting mass reported by him and his discord.
War of Rights. Another “hardcore” historical shooter, this one’s based on the American Civil War. Ignore the retards claiming the players are racist, they’re just retarded. Zero fucking coordination, each team of like 50 or however big the teams are collectively share one brain cell. Zero pressure whatsoever.

VRChat is the worst possible game to recommend to an autist. Good you gave OP a warning at least
