I think playing 3 first makes nv more enjoyable. Both are fun and have cool aspects never felt the need to have to choose one over the other

I think 3 is kinda fun, but since I am now running ttw I just kinda see it as a massive expansion for new Vegas, there are some fun side quests there and even some individual main story missions are also good, even though the overall main story is pretty bad
