I got a new phone that can play Genshin.
This is not the most my Internet connection can pull, my PC downloads way faster.
Is this, along with the large install size, so I won't uninstall the game for a competing one?

Did you go into the settings and uncheck the "inhibit gay and dumb shit data usage" setting?
Alternatively, depending on the phone OS, it might be "throttle retard data consumption".
