It's so long ago, I can't remember anything, really. The only thing I remember was being moved by the scene with the diamonds

I end up having a lot of fun with the airport, but I also really like the big giant base in Afghanistan that you get huey from. OKB zero is also fuckin awesome, don't let anyone say otherwise.

Oh and the mission where everyone's got lung herpes and you go around shooting them in the face

It was towards the end of the game infiltrating some massive complex that was filled with enemies. I remember crawling through 90% of it and being fucking surrounded. I wasn't even seen. One of the best stealth espionage situations I've ever been in.

>Backup Back Down
>Lingua Franca
IF it doesn't bug out (so never) and before you know the prisoner location
once you know the location the mission is lame
>Code Talker

The rest are kinda whatever. Stuff like the honey bee or airport/convoy were simply ok
Backup Back Down was the most fun by far
Anonymous No.725125101 [Report]
For me the Code Talker, felt like a hitman game in that mansion

I liked getting Miller out, the honeybee mission was cool. I actually really like the whole Code Talker rescue arc as well. Blowing up the oil plant and escaping. Rescuing kids from the mine was neat though the escort part can be annoying. The time you go to the devil's house and fight fire Volgin for the first time. It had some good missions.

I honestly can't remember a single fucking mission from this game and I put like 80 hours in it.
Anonymous No.725125240 [Report]
the one where you have to ambush some goyim in a tank or whatever that was badass
Anonymous No.725125271 [Report]
>kino hour long intro sequence
>that first mission when you have to find kaz and bring him home
>land on mother base and learn about staff and unlocking new gear
>finding dd out in the wild
>going to africa, holy shit it's not just afghan
>upgrading fulton to carry containers
>take back mother base from invaders
>find old injun nigga
>go nuclear on the airfield

Second this anon >>725124983 with Backup Back Down, also Hellbound and Skull Face because infiltrating large outposts with a shit ton of guards and ways to avoid them is fun

That's just the one where you run around blowing up tanks and shit and right? That one sucked.

Devils house and finding code talker were the best because it actually felt like a video game instead of just a tech demo with radiant objectives

It's weird how this and extreme aren't just toggles for every mission like hard mode was on GZ

code talker on extreme
best mgs game btw

the one where you escort codetalker, sneaking through the jungle past snipers towards the mansion. absolutely kino area, especially during night
runners up for that one gigantic fuckoff base in afghanistan where you rescue the guy that makes the prosthetic hand and maybe the mission where you encounter the mute hostage

>sneaking through the jungle past snipers towards the mansion
I always thought you were simply supposed to outsnipe them, just like with Quiet.

Honey bee (stinger) one is cool. Makes great use of the large map, lots of ways to intercept the vechicle with the prisoner, memorable finale.

You can, or not, It's your choice. I liked having the 2 on 4 sniper battle with Quiet

Huh, I never thought about that one since I lazily used ddog for everything. Does she actually contribute to the sniper duel?
Anonymous No.725131163 [Report]

I think Quiet makes most things pretty easy if you use her well. You are getting free extra shots and a spotter after all, plus a distraction if you need it. As long as you remember to turn off the cover you command. Because if you leave her to her own devices she will draw all the attention of the skull snipers and die rather quickly in my experience. But I think it's a fun set up for a sniper duel overall.

The game actually has lots of memorable moments and fun missions between the filler. Always thought that what was there was great but the way it's presented does it injustice and turned a lot of fans away.
