Streamers with predominant toddler-preteen viewers, especially niglets because they learn to read later, thought their streamers were saying "no cap" because they were incapable of reading the chat. It never had "black history" type of shit, that's just some made up nonsense, like black ancient egyptian kings n' shiet.
