Did you know that the first Uncharted game was designed by Yasuhara Hirokazu, the lead designer of the original Sonic games? He worked with Naughty Dog all throughout the 00's.

Uncharted 1 is by far the best in the series. The only people who dislike it are normalfags that enjoy Snoy movie "games" that play themselves which was innovated by Uncharted 2.
Uncharted 1, in comparison, is an actual game and not just a scripted cinematic simulator like the rest of the series; there are barely any cutscenes in it and it has some decent gunplay. I also really like the vibe and the setting of the old abandoned Spaniard town in the Caribbean’s.

It's by far the worst. The gameplay is too simple to carry the constant fighting. The level designs are the simplest in the series. The forced motion controls are abhorrent

No, 2 is a lot better. 1 was fun, but aged badly and the sequels massively improved on it.

This. Back in 2007 I enjoyed it. It's impossible to go back to now though, it's just nowhere near as good as the rest of the series to play. Too basic and the combat is unrefined.

2 > 3 > LL > 1 > 4

Uncharted 1 has terrible gameplay. The shooting feels awful, and there’s nothing to game except for incredibly bland cover shooting. The gameplay got much better in Uncharted 2, and it started utilising traversal and combat at same time. Also uncharted 1 has a way higher ratio of cutscenes to gameplay than 2, because uncharted 1 is like 5 hours long even on a casual first playthrough. Uncharted 2 is 8-9 hours long.

Uncharted 3 just kinda sucks. Uncharted 4 made massive improvements to gameplay, its gameplay is amazing. But massively fucked up pacing and structure of game. It doesn’t start feeling like a game until final 3rd of game. The Lost Legacy fixes that though, it has uncharted 4 gameplay but much better paced game. Like same amount of combat even though it’s only about 40% as long.

Outside of preferring the story and setting of Uncharted 1, 2 is just better in every way. Guns feel better, melee actually works, combat arenas are more than just rooms of waist high cover, basic enemies arnt massive bullet sponges for no reason (seriously uncharted 1 it takes like 12 pistol bullets to kill one guy in a t-shirt).

TLOU2 is naughty dogs best game since 2003.

Give it a rest retard. Absolutely nobody is going to agree with you. The first game aged like milk and does not compare to any of its sequels which seriously improved and refined the gameplay in countless ways. It genuinely doesn't hold up.

Who wants to bet that OP only ever played the Ps4 remaster collection that greatly improved shooting, adjusted camera angle so shooting doesn’t feel weird as hell, removed the motion control grenades, and I think remapped some awkward buttons. With these improvements and an overpowering love for South American jungle temple setting combined with Colonial Spainish setting, I could see how someone prefers first game. But even so, the gameplay is just objectively worse.

Most likely. But even with those quality of life adjustments, it's still not a very fun game to go back to imo.

I also love the first Uncharted game and didnt really like the other ones.
