i've cut my own hair for over a decade now.
I use clippers for the back to get it to a shorter length about a half inch. Then the top I do by hand with scissors and a comb.
The only thing I can't do is clean up the back, as a NEET I get mommy to do that for me

My mom wouldn't be able to do it, I actually like doing it and I've got pretty good at it since I cut my hair about every 1.5 months.

I also cut my dad's hair for him, much easier to do his hair and I'm pretty good at it, probably cut his hair around 8 times a year for the last decade. Neither of us go to a barber anymore, think about how much money we've saved. I mean honestly the last time I went to a barber was like... 2011 or 2012 I think.
