Tried playing this recently. IMO turn-based gameplay doesn't work with this kind of cover-based positional tactics. Enemies don't shoot while you're moving because it's not their turn, so basically you can just walk around in plain sight right in front of a guy with a gun at no risk. Cover becomes meaningless because in my turn I just walk around the cover and shoot you. So it becomes a gay little game about counting squares instead of a game about tactical positioning.

Also the probabilities are dumb, a trained shooter should have like 95% chance of hitting a guy right in front of him, instead they make it 70%. All the hit probabilities are pushed too far towards 50% when they should instead be pushed closer to 0% or 100%
