It depends if you pirate all your games then it'll be 0.
If you buy good games only then spending 100 per 6 months is a acceptable choice.
Lastly there are those who are rich enough to spend money on stamina to reach endgame faster, those are the whales who have no limit.
The people that spend 1000s only on new characters are the unhealthy ones.

I got both shupos on 130 pulls. The fact that maxing them isn't locked behind dupes already puts it ahead of basically every other gacha but BA absolutely shits pyros at you.
