Well if we count the Sinners as part of Dante, they're all basically immune to the Death Note and I'm pretty sure Dante's real name is not Dante, so he's good too. Guy doesn't even really have a face Kira could picture in his mind anyways.
As for finding him, Faust, Meursault and Yi Sang are pretty smart and competent, and I guess the rest could pitch in when needed. I'd say there's like a 50 to 60% chance they might be able to, unless the Death Note somehow resonates with a Golden Bough or any of the weird crap the City has going on, in which case the chances would increase

Yeah, Light is probably fucked. Pathfinder magic is broken enough without even getting into the kind of bullshit the mythic paths can do. Half the paths are immortal, and none save for Legend are even human.
In particular, Trickster would literally make a mockery of him, and Aeon is pretty much a hard counter.
Funnily, the second biggest threat to Light outside of the Commander would be Nenio due to her being a Pathfinder wizard and having literally no identity.
And that's without mentioning the secret ending.

Depending on what items they get to have, this is either going to end immediately in Kira's favor, or Death Note is going to turn into a comedy where he can't kill them no matter how hard he tries. I really doubt they could stop him unless they accidentally stumble into his house though.

Akiyama Shinichi from Liar Game. He is very similar to L, excelling at profiling people and manipulating them. But the difference is that his execution is miles better than L. Thorough the entire manga he isn't fooled even once. And if L plays 3 steps ahead, Shinichi is 100 steps ahead. What he can pull off in the manga is ridiculous, but it makes 100% sense.

It's hard to give an example of what he is capable of without all the context, but as an example, at some point he is playing Minority Game, a game where you and other players cast votes, and those who voted for the minority option win. He was one of the 4 people left. At the last round as soon as it starts he does pic related, just reveals his vote to every other player and claims that with this move he won. And he does win because through complicated game theory it is revealed that by doing this it was mathematically impossible for him to lose because no one else could have voted for the same option as himself, so they would try to force a tie, but it would only take one traitor among the 3 remaining players for him to win (and he would split the reward 1:1 with the traitor)

It's not about realism.

Batman is hardcarried by forensics and computer magic. He has no shot against Light because the Death Note, by essence, leaves no evidence behind.

Also the only way to even have a chance to fight Light is to convince him to start doxxing himself. Batman wouldn't be smart enough to do that.

Realistically Batman's best shot is hacking the entire internet to trace Light. But in a setting where Light is aware that this can be done, he could use the Death Note to control internet providers and regulators into making this impossible. And now Batman is put against the wall because he can't strongarm the government itself.

Really the Maxwell matchup is cute and people think he hardcounters Light, but it's the opposite. Light's specialty is bending rules to their extreme and finding loopholes. Maxwell can only win this if he kills Light. Which is out of character for him. If he instead decides to do something like making him illiterate (as that anon suggested), Light would quickly get around that rule, kill him and obtain Maxwell's notebook in the process (which he would probably destroy out of disinterest).

A more interesting matchup would be Baba. She wouldn't have issue with just writing Light out of existence.
