I want shiny pals, Lucky pals are fine, but I want something that feels even more special and which is a lot more uncommon, several monster collecting games have the shiny mechanic too, in palworld they can call them exotic pals, they come in smaller size than usual and have their hue randomly changed to a different color, so every exotic pal is actually unique, they can have the exotic passive which is something absurdly strong like ATK and DEF +50%, work and movement speed +25% + 3 random attacks of the highest rarities.

They can't breed, but are already strong from the get-go thanks to the exotic passive and all you need to do is give them fruits, souls and pal juice.
