No, I did a couple of the single player ones, but they're easy and all very samey.
>find 3 clues
>animal now spawns to sneak or just run after it on horse
>headshot then skin
Hunting some regular animals was harder, like the fucking never spawning moose. But those got also trivialized once I realized a single poison arrow to the head took down everything and kept the 3 star pelt.
