Pathfinder: WOTR has a character who is arguably just as childish but you're meaningfully able to affect her development over the course of the game, call her out at moments or even out right mindbreak her, not to mention that when Ember butts heads with a character its over idealogical differences and most characters even if they're her friends aren't above telling her to shut up.

With Trash everyone constantly handles her with kiddie gloves to the most inane level and is incredibly hypocritical when it comes to respecting the identities of others even though her entire storyline is about embracing and being respected for hers.
