Gives you a good chunk of SP, helps with training effectiveness, reduces risk of failure when she's in a training category, and will give you random stamina boosts anytime you train with her as well

When you have riko, there is less reason to rest or do recreation. Just go on dates with her and try to heal with your wit cards otherwise. Only rest if neither of those make sense.

At higher LB, she restores even more energy and gives you even more stats, safer training and all sorts of stuff. She's good at 1LB though, or MLB R (which will be buffed after the patch)

You should only rest if nothing else makes sense. Eventually you'll have to rest of course, but ideally you should be resting as little as possible especially if you've got trainer cards on deck. If you're not running wit cards (seems like a bad idea for this scenario) then you'll be forced to rest more.
