Nose didn't put up a big "SUPER BROKEN VERSION FOR PUBLIC TESTING AND THE HALLOWEEN EVENT DON'T FUCKING PLAY IT SERIOUSLY" sign on the itch.io page so now we have to contend with the retards who thought the release marked [UNSTABLE SHADOW SUPER TEST] would work and be balanced perfectly fine.
Anyway, current state of the patch notes. This is the version after the current "shadow super test" 0.9.0 release and is aimed at fixing bugs, of which there are a lot of because spaghetti "code" and Unreal Engine shenanigans combined with Nose sloppily overhauling the foundations of the game for the update (hence it going from pre-alpha to alpha). Rejoice, there is 1 (one) new signal.
What the fuck are Nose's testers for if releases are still broken after months of testing? I wonder the same myself. My understanding from lurking the shitcord for information is that the glitches in the patreon test versions are so cataclysmically fucking bad that all the testing time is spent handling them. Glitches worse than the ones we get to see on these public test versions, and much more of them.
