I mean it's entirely the problem of giving healers a FUCKTON of healing then making dive bad and not having decent sources of anti-heal. Why play the less healbot supports when you can just keep everyone alive by dumping heals constantly? if the game wasn't so built around the frontline getting one bazillion heals it would be fine, but you're forcing your team to solo heal for a bit when you do it. This is exactly why Echo in OW is a damage dealer, you can swap to any role off of DPS and still be valuable to the team, but changing OFF support for a damage ult is high risk because if you can't win the fight with that ult, you're at a major disadvantage sustainability wise.

iron man ult could kill her out of it, damage boosted namor ult could do it when landing the sweet spot, and I think Punisher ult could do it? maybe blade ult now with the anti-heal could make her vulnerable enough to dog pile her during it but blade sucked last I played so that's not really an option. Mag ult can do it too once you burn the overhealth she gets on activation, problem is that she's really fast with it so your aim has to really be on for alot of these to work.

they share the baseline idea of an ult and the snowflake is kind of like the harmony orb but that's it. She has no damage amp she applies to enemies, she can actually move and jump well, she has aoe cleave heals and heals on her primary fire on top of being able to swap her ult from heals to damage boost while it also lasts longer. Zenyatta does more damage than heals until he hits ult, Luna dumps heals all the time and isn't even vunerable to dive thanks to the SELF HEAL she has and the freeze.

the only way to do that in a shooter is to either block the way or be threatening enough that you can't simply be ignored.
shield tanks don't work that well in this game because everyone is everywhere all over the place and all the competitive DPS characters are just melee and ignore shields so they usually just use it to protect themselves and not the teammates that refuse to stay nearby.
being threatening almost works but they keep nerfing every tank whenever they have any kill potential whatsoever.

You’re all retards if you don’t think his kit looks good. It’s completely loaded. He unironically looks like he mogs the entire current support roster. From what I can see we have:
1) A wide primary fire. He throws three cards at once that heal and do damage. That means he can attack and heal groups of people.
2) An AoE attack with his staff which will make him good at fending off divers. He can combine this move with his dash as well and turn it into a black panther/psylocke dash, and he gets two dashes and two stick slams so he can also use it as an exit and escape. This also makes him the most mobile support outside of rocket. I’m praying to god his melee can be cancelled into his abilities and primary fire because then he could have good brawl potential as well if he combines his melee with the stick slam.
3) He has 4 cards that each provide your choice of utility. So far I see a burst healing one that ricochetes (get mogged Adam), an anti-heal (get mogged Blade), and a CC cleanse (get mogged strange). The CC cleanse and healing only use up one of his 4 card tokens, so he’s mogging Adam extra hard.
4) He has an AoE healing ult. It surrounds him and is feint, but it’s basically Mantis’s ult. I think it also damage boosts simultaneously but I’m not sure. So Mantis mogged as well.

He looks busted and that’s a good thing.
