Charming is great, don't get me wrong, but her skills suck aside from Lone Wolf which requires you to eat a mood down. King has power bonus on a speed card, which is a massive boon. In my experience, yes. I was bricked on a Vodka but I hadn't deleted the data yet. Went back and was able to complete it and a Rudolph run with no issue.

Apparently it's helpful for TT because it can activate twice, beyond that I'm not too sure. The other big boon she has is the skill point bonus. I'm not saying she's bad necessarily, but if I had to drop one of the three, I'd typically drop her. That said, King requires MLB. Maybe requires is a strong word, but that's when she gets the power bonus which is her main draw outside of the specialty priority. She still has her downsides, like a big energy drain event and no race bonus.
