You should ONLY play Peace Walker, and SKIP MGSV. No, I am not joking.

PW = the original, superior, more satisfying MGS5. If you "need" more afterwards, only play the Ground Zeroes chapter of V to get a beautiful yet sad finale to BB's tales.

Play it but don't finish it fully for completion sake. Look up the end game part of the game on youtube. There's no sense in doing the bullshit you need to at the very end of the game to get the boss fight and proper ending. I learned this the hard way. You waste too much time grinding stupid bullshit to get ranks for mother base and it takes forever if done blindly.
