I finished it yesterday.
The actual gameplay is trivial as fuck. There are status effects, but you can literally just spam basic attack to win every battle.
Actual h scenes are pretty good. They have some variations and branching based on which lewd titles you've earned. Combat h scenes are animated. Unlocking scenes isn't too hard, but some h titles do require a bit of grinding.
Pretty alright overall, solid 7.5/10.
