It depends on so many factors anon. You have stamina sparks, power cards, stamina growth and spirit bursts to play around with, find the combo that works. If you want to speed and power max consider using power cards with stamina bonus. I've gotten 3LB Rice Shower and she gives pretty disgusting amount of stamina from power rainbows.
