I think the most important thing, aside from making sure you have an hero for each maxed stat, is to have someone focused on Charisma and Intelligence that ISN'T Prism. Prism should be the support character so she should have everything equally upgraded except for combat. Her ability means you auto win any 2+ slot call with only 2 heroes.

Remember that BB was the poster girl for the game (her cape is literally in the logo) and they did some setup with her in episode saying she can't tell you her superhero backstory yet or why she wants to save you.
