Depends on if you're making a Virgo ace or not. Raising long aptitude increases the chance of getting long skills which are useless unless you're remaking her for TT. B aptitude seems good enough in my experience, just make sure you have enough speed.

as a pace chaser it means that you pop off the moment you touch 2nd place and it helps you overtake fronts, it's not a great skill when inherited but it's still consistent

It’s all prone to RNG at the end of the day. You need your speed rainbows to line up as well particularly in the final year. If they dont show up you’re kinda fucked if you want to cap speed. Ive been trying to get speed as high as possible before the last summer camp, probably want to end 1000+ before its over. Pay attention to the stat gains before choosing, there’s a lot to consider. Sometimes I cap easy, but a lot of times I struggle and that’s with 3 MLB speed cards and a speed growth. Some runs you just get fucked
