Still early don't even have her weapon yet but pic related is really damn good and refunds cost and cooldown if you destroy anything when you use it the first time each turn. Like even a wine barrel and you can just use it again. Plus it's a teleport(?) not a charge or dash. Don't know how relevant disarm is for mob busting yet. Need to get into her on guard mechanic but it lets her take attacks for someone 3 tiles away and heal them.

I have Agata and Estra regaining memories currently. I'm undecided about the third. Whenever I get a new character, it'll be them, because I always get them to at least 2 stars. Kvare seems the most likely choice for my playstyle. I would do Saffiyah, but I don't really like her mechanics, so that's a lower priority. I haven't been using Homa all that much, mostly out of having already solid choices and not wanting to use much else, but I'm considering her as well.

It's not by weapon the bows and axes are split up. The ones here are grouped by fortitude, discipline etc. but they aren't in the same order as the pairs of legendaries I have higher up so that seems to just be a coincidence. Everyone there except for Miguel is at rank 10 so that isn't affecting them either.

The council may be the leaders of each state, or more than that. Then it's unclear if the three kings are at the top and rule over the all the states or not. Menia is more autonomous than the others though and probably the most powerful. It's unclear if Menia has a weak or strong central government. The rest of the union seems more like the European Union if it were more integrated.

I was capped at level 4, 1 exp from level 5 before ch2 came out yesterday, and then as soon as I got my first bit of exp just from going through ch2 story stages, I instantly jumped up to the new cap (level 7, 1 exp from level 8).

Well, your exp gauge stops going up, for one. Also, the game gives you a little warning window when it happens, saying something about your meditation level won't increase even if you gain more exp.
