Try to get into a decent one when you get to 60, before that there's not much you can do so It won't matter as much. But at 60 you get to do gunsmoke bosses and better platoons will have better buffs and support dolls for you to take advantage of and will also get slightly better rewards at the end of gunsmoke. But the main point is gaining platoon currency to spend on platoon shop so better platoons will give you access to more of it.

You boost the stats by a random amount and then you can reroll the boost percentages to see if you can get better numbers. Every stat can be boosted by a multiplier between +10% (x1.1) to +200% (x3).
This calibration system is then supported by a further "extreme calibration" system, which eliminates the randomness of your rolls and allows you to max out the attachment. There are orange chips (useless, counterproductive even) and yellow chips (rare and good). You lock the calibrated stats (no further rerolls) and from there on you can directly add 10% to the finalized stats, spending 1 yellow chip + 50k gold per increment.
Essentially, the first stage of calibration is about fishing for better stats to minimize the amount of yellow chips you're going to spend in the second stage. All of this requires enormous amounts of gold, obviously.

imo, Klukai + Peritya work well. Add those two with Cheeta and you have a solid squad. QJ would round out the team well. In the rerun future, look out for Mechty since she compliments Kluk and Kot extremely well. I don't know how soon they will run her again but Suomi is probably the best and easiest to use support in the entire game. If you get her to V1 you can probably run any other trio of dps/tank dolls with her and complete all content while autoing, its that easy.

Ksenia is very good but make no mistake she is a support and her best quality is dealing with cleanse mechanics, buffing up your sentinels and healing mainly. She can also trigger a support attack from sharkry with her s1 if you lack the ability to do it with QJ yet.

Also another tip, go phase strike on ARs, go phase strike on support weapons. They are not worth the hassle and you can swap in phase strike on everyone that uses that weapon type.
Only time you should go specific element boost is when a character has a specific stat they want, doesn't share that attachment with anyone else, IE Wa attachments where you forego crit rate for health boost on 1 attachment, Peritya since you don't share MG with anyone else etc.

Of course you can always go for specific element boost on a doll you put a lot of importance to, like QJ or Klukai. But always acknowledge doing so comes at the opportunity cost of not spreading out your stats among your other dolls, especially considering the gold chip upgrades (that you probably don't have access to right now) that you are going to be spending in the future.

I am enjoying Zhaohui V2 a lot more than I expected. She is really fun in PvP and easier stage where you can zoom around and Lotta'ed enemies with her AOE.

It's subjective, but IMO the best dorm feet are Groza, Klukai (with stirrups in her police uniform) and Nemesis. Colphne and Suomi can also be good if you're into smaller girls.
Leva will also be a good addition, and I think Mosin's future skin also features stirrups.
