You should set Afterburner to show frame time graph and record 1% and 0.1% lows too (though going to another area does drop FPS to 0 so mind that.)
To begin with you can see there are issues when your FPS drops to 40-47 just from scrolling, that shouldn't happen with that setup. In your case the performance looks acceptable but you can still see a delay from when you click the slot to when the dialog opens and that should not happen.
