This fix worked for me and other anons:
Delete the Nvidia folder in appdata to delete all the shader cache. You can find it here C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\NVIDIA
Delete the folders inside the POS folder in the game's directory. Here: Wuthering Waves\Wuthering Waves Game\Client\Saved\PSO
This'll force the game to recompile the shaders. Start the game, and hopefully the fps issue is fixed.

I legitimately think the way the DoTs are designed in this game is so fucking evil. Locking them not behind a specific set that applies them per hit with certain cooldowns (and then creating characters that cater to said gimmick by eg having a high hitcount or being able to spam charged attacks or w/e you want to use to apply it) but behind characters (one of which is Rover for each element, have fun in Whimpering Wastes) is actually just diabolical.
Sincerely, how is there no outrage about this? Zani and Phoebe felt less offensive because Phoebe was run previously (still sucked because you might have skipped her) but was at least being rerun alongside Zani. Get Dreamless as your top echo on Rover if you don't have it. It's basically another damaging skill to use after your ult.

I was downright struggling against Fleur VI just now, spent the last 20 minutes just getting rocked with my Zani/Peeb/Shokie team. Then on the last run, the stars aligned, I attuned to the ebb and flow of the universe and just fucking LOCKED IN and I beat her with barely any damage taken. The phase where she plants her three swords and she tries to combo you with shockwaves, I ended up just countering with Zani's ult and then every slash she did I just countered it. I must have tapped into the weakest Danjin main's power or something cuz holy shit, I'm probably not gonna be able to do it again.
