The trick to getting her started is supports. If you deploy her, Igrene and Fae on chapter 16, you can easily build their C supports with her, it takes 15 and 10 turns respectively, and together they grant her an additional +10 hit. That map is also rife with free exp opportunities like the two immobile manaketes. She starts at level 1, so her exp gain will be huge initially and hopefully the stats will roll in with the fast levels. The only real concerning growths she has are SPD and Luck.
