Its a bit ironic really, 2.0 teams are best against 1.0 content, and 1.0 teams are best against 2.0 content.
Carlotta, Zani and Elf Mommy all have a higher dps min max potential than 1.0 5 star dps characters, but their damage relies entirely on them getting off veeeery long attack animations , and all the 2.0 bosses attack 7 times a second with all multi hit attacks so good luck trying to get that off against them. However against the 1.0 bosses that mostly stand still, 2.0 teams reach higher damage. 1.0 teams meanwhile with characters like Jinshi, Changli, Camellya, their highest damage attacks last pretty short and getting to those attacks is also really quick, meaning they're the best for 2.0 bosses and content.

Its more demanding cause ultimate quality is super sampling.

The way DLSS works is that it renders your ingame resolution at a lower resolution, and then brings it up to your monitor's resolution in a process that is less demanding than actually running at that resolution, and then the upscaler uses a special anti aliasing and sharpening method to make the game look better on higher upscaling settings.

The performance options upscale from a very low resolution and use a setting that uses less performance from your GPU to do it, so you get the most FPS but the game is the most blurry.

The Quality option renders from a quality just enough under your actual resolution so that you get some performance headroom, and the sharpening and special anti aliasing usually makes the game look actually sharper than running it without DLSS.

Ultimate Quality is WuWa's name for DLAA, which actually renders your game at an internal higher resolution and with the best looking version of the anti aliasing process, meaning your game bassically looks 2k/4k even if you're on a 1080p screen, however its more demanding, not as much as actual 4k but still a lot.

I believe it. I got to the time-is-convoluted mountain now and it already feels like a step up. Changli is way cuter than the intro girls, there's lots of chests and exploration items along the quest path which was very lacking in the first area. Guess they wanted you to actually explore more in the starting zone but I feel like I need to catch up and get through the story missions to not miss events.

Anyone else really glad they'd sort of figured out how to deal with introducing flying into the game? The areas are now more grandiose but still have stuff to do in them, and while exploration for chests and puzzles has sort of suffered because of its existence it's also lead to exploring being fun because of just how grand everything feels now. Optiscaler injects a different upscaler directly into your game, it's questionable whether it can be detected and lead to a ban though.

Here is an example.
I kill kelpie and want to "save" carty's ult finisher for the next one.
So I go use her ult again and switch to little carty to pause the timer of her manifest thing and so I can reapply aero erosion on the new kelpie that spawns, then swap back into big and finish filling her forte + ult finisher.

But now I can't go back to big Carty. Its taken away the ult finisher and put my ult on cooldown and I have to recharge the liberation to even enter big mode again even though I never used the finisher yet.
