World buffs are automatically removed on entering any instance and summoning stones actually work (cross faction too unlike Troondle). Mind you they're using TBC consumable rules so you can't autistically stack 50.000 potions and elixers anymore (which is a good thing, fuck spending 1000 gold on a single raid night)

I question how Epoch will play. Giving tbc talents seems cool until you realize you also get 10 extra talent points. Warlocks will be unkillable in pvp as SL/SL, even moreso than they already are in Vanilla. Warriors and Rogues will still be on the top of the dps and warlock will probably just replace mage in the dps trinity, but mage will still be sitting in a solid 4th place. The minor changes they made to spells and "added abilities" don't feel like they are going to actually matter much. I guess we'll have to see with itemization and tier sets and I don't mind things feeling the same as before, but I wish they took a more turtle approach and just tried new things instead of just making it "vanilla but tbc"

Also choosing warrior as the class during wrath to base your argument on that wrath didn't make everyone too strong and homogenized is just acting blind. Warriors got the least amount of work done on them in both tbc and wrath precicely because they were so dominant and already had the tools since vanilla. Warriors as a whole were not very used until icc, they were the worst tank and the worst dpsers until high level of armor pen was available. Dks kind of broke the game with how strong their abilities and talents were. Paladins are crazy good in all three specs, having completely broken specs like disco priests etc. Wrath also made every dps feel the same in the sense that ALL they did was dps and there was nothing seperating them in terms of utility or bringing usefull buffs, again the only exception being demo lock and need a single shaman for bl didn't matter the spec.

it's supposed to be a vanilla+ server. adding new original classes is too big of a departure from the feel and meta of the original game. if anything, i would want to see future blizzard classes in the vanilla setting, as at least that provides a solid design base and balancing data.

i would actually love to play cata or maybe even MOP classes (not sure about DH, never played legion) with vanilla level cap but, again, on a different server.
