I think chapter 3 and 4 had some enemies with genuinely intimidating but very learnable patterns, I think you probably just learned the mechanics and could focus on raw execution. Gerson's fight is excellent about this.

Corridor is easy, you just focus on the way the swords are shifting ahead and tap up and down to match it, then do the same but diagonally as well for the trickier one.
The sword circling is way easier when you position yourself in the middle and only do very short inputs for each sword to dodge at the last moment.

Imagine if there's a Vessel vs. Kris fight and if you lose, there's an extended "bad" ending cutscene.

In chapter 4, Kris gets up in the living room after the previous dark world and has no time away from Susie to leave the soul somewhere until the mansion section, where they DO remove it, and then they have to put it back in again for the next dark world. Other than that, there's the walking around Hometown after the dark world sections, but it would be difficult to just tear it out in public.
