Addon that makes chain inflict deep wound, deep wound deactivates ALL endurance when its applied.
Pretty good for OTR/Dead Hard but also works on unhook endurance which makes him bubba tier for camping/tunneling. His other addons are honestly better if you aren't going out of your way to tunnel/camp but its his best addon if you are.

The things is that keeping your mmr neutral or lowering your mmr are both good things. So if this works the way it looks like it works, then killers often have the option of winning matches (as far as all the humans are concerned, the killer won, nobody cares about the bots) while still keeping their mmr low by just abandoning after the survivors do in order to give the bots escapes.

Now it's all forcing people who are on your skill level. If you improve, nothing really changes you're still facing people on your skill level anyway. No matter how good you get it never feels like anything changes much.

It doesn't address the real problem. Killers tunnel because a good survivor on a shitty map can easily take you on a chase for 5 gens, so it saves time to tunnel out the weakest link. Killers slug because hooking fucking sucks. Wastes time and gives survivors access to second chance perks.
Instead of reworking maps they are going to nerf tunneling. Instead of buffing hooks they are going to nerf slugging. Killers are getting nerfed and survivors are getting buffed. The last time killer got a blanket basekit buff was when they took away the ability to tap gens, but that hardly counts because that's something which should have been in the game from day one.

This way, with the warning, they will have the fair opportunity to at least keep the gate held for 0.01 more seconds and open it instead of 99ing it, completely nullifying the perk. The problem is that Victor isn't you, Victor is a power. Think of Victor as a remote controlled Huntress hatchet. Once Victor triggers a chase, this will have odd perk interactions, because any perks that affect the killer during a chase will affect Charlotte wherever she is and not Victor, and any perks that lets the killer see auras during a chase won't activate for the killer player because Victor can't see auras. There may be some positive odd perk interactions but overall it will be a lot of nullified perk interactions. All of this of course is undone if they have also made that it so that Victor is in fact a killer now and not a power but I highly doubt this was coded.

1) Someone should be on the door cameras when hes in chase or downs someone to get an aura reveal.
Just pay attention to the closest door and book it the moment hes in a door.
You can use the doors yourself in chase to escape unless he axed it recently, so just predrop safe pallets and make it to nearest door. If he gets you with the axe you can door to escape, he has to reclaim the axe after a period of time to use it again.
