Okay so I think the missing piece of the prophecy we don't have is about Ralsei. I think there are few possible outcomes but all of them ultimately are about Ralsei not being around anymore. Either he has to sacrifice himself, either he becomes a Titan, or maybe Castle Town has to be sealed in the end, or maybe Ralsei just has to spend forever alone in the Dark World.

Chapter 3 spends a LOT of time making Ralsei alive. He gets to have fun. Play games. Experience joy with friends. He even, briefly, has mini-Kris gets to make choices. Decisions. Before hand he was fine being a "non-existent" he was doomed to death or being alone regardless. Then he made friends. Further reinforced by his friends finding furniture for him. He doesn't value a room. He won't get to keep it.

By lying with omission, he wants to protect the others from the fate he alone has to have. Knowing that specifically a prophecy saying he must perish would cause the reaction it most likely has for Susie and Kris, he wants to avoid this at all cost. If they don't know they can't stop it when it comes time. Chapter 4 has Gerson repeatedly make statements that allude to the prophecy being "up to interpretation" and that it can be changed. Meanwhile Ralsei is adamant that what it says will happen regardless.

However, we already see a flaw. The Girl does not match up with our girl. A sword. An axe. Refuses to wear ribbons. Something is already incorrect in the prophecy. I'm not sure where Toby will go with this because I truly don't think the "true ending" will be "the goat kid dies again" but I also don't think we'll get a scenario where any of our heroes come to pass. If I were to guess, the normal route will have our heroes find some way to save the day, most likely with a talk-no-jutsu on Ralsei at the end.

My theory is that The SOUL is trying to make her the girl in the prophecy instead of Susie. "And love will find the girl" is about LOVE, and noelle / weird route is the only way to kill most enemies. Also Noelle can apparently equip the candy cane sword (matching the visual of the girl in the prophecy) and wear ribbon armor (matching what Ralsei said the girl in the prophecy ,should be able to do, unlike Susie).
Why this is, is anyone's guess. Maybe the final prophecy is about the girl being sacrificed and that's why Susie defies it. And why the SOUL would want that to happen to Noelle instead of Susie, no idea.

Noelle mentions staying around to clean up and look around for supplies along with Alphys, but after this point Alphys is just never mentioned again. Noelle even says that she eventually left the classroom (And stayed just outside it, hence witnessing this entire ordeal,) but Alphys leaving is never mentioned.

We see in chapter 2 that, usually, Alphys sticks around until all of her students have left, Staying around until Kris leaves, so her even leaving while Kris and Susie are still present would be unusual even if her leaving was established.

Speaking of Kris falling asleep.

2: Kris seemingly fell asleep.

According to Noelle's description, it seems like on the day of the_n3w3st_g1rl_g1rl, Kris was asleep for the majority of the class. (Or at the very least for the tail end of it.)

This is really similar to what happens at the beginning of chapter 2, Which Alphys explicitly calls out is unusual. She makes a point to state that Kris doesn't usually sleep through the whole class. If anything they just sleep through the beginning of it. Not the end. It isn't normal, much less common, for Kris to do this. (And the simple way Alphys phrased her concern suggests it's the first time she's seen this happen.)

It's even implied to have some kind of connection with the ending of chapter 1 where their soulless body does things during the night. (Soulless Kris's antics causing Kris's body to be sleep deprived, THANKS SK,) Further suggesting that it's unusual.

3: Noelle knows about the chalk.

Noelle's entire reason for staying around was to help Alphys put away books and, quote,

"(look for some mysteriously missing supplies X) )."

This coy phrasing clearly implies that she knows something about the disappearing chalk.

The problem? Kris has to TELL her it was Susie at the end of chapter 1.

This entire scene would have to take place after Chapter 1 for her to know this.

4: Susie's confrontation with Kris is redundant.

Susie confronts Kris in the_n3w3st_g1rl_g1rl over them not speaking. She gets so angry because Kris refuses to speak, she totally lays into them, projecting all her emotional issues onto them, screaming at them to say something, and then when they finally do say something, (Most likely something along the lines of "Are you okay?" or "Is that how you feel?") Susie just put them down and walked away from class with her head down in shame.

This incident should have seriously affected Susie on an emotional level. Chapter 1 shows that it's not really that hard to crack open the wall Susie puts up around herself, and for what happened to get that kind of reaction out of her would certainly do so.

But the problem here is that assuming the_n3w3st_g1rl_g1rl is real and happens prior to the game, she does the same exact thing AGAIN.

Susie comes to school in the Chapter 1 prologue, she threatens and bullies Kris yet again, and even makes a pointed remark about Kris never talking.

"You really think just because you don't talk I don't know exactly what you're thinking?"

It's weird enough that she'd target Kris again after the kind of emotional demolition that the_n3w3st_g1rl_g1rl was for her, But it's utter nonsense for her to say something like this to someone who emotionally exposed her BY speaking to her!

The confrontation at the beginning of Chapter 1 is actively portrayed as if it's their first confrontation.

Which leads into the final and biggest contradiction.

5: Noelle herself confirms that she has never seen Susie do this.

Noelle, the one person who supposedly witnessed this entire event go down, says, outright,

And this sentiment of Susie not interacting with anyone is further established by Monster Teen, saying this,

And the fact that Snowdrake is standing right there suggests at the very least the Snowdrake hasn't seen her pick on anyone either. (And to an extent it can be assumed no one else in class has, cause, well, gossip gets around among a demographic, especially in a small town, so if anyone saw her pick on anyone, there's a decent chance everyone would know about it.)

We don't see much of Kris's life overall at the beginning of chapter 1, but there's absolutely nothing in that area of the plot implying that Susie and Kris have any kind of prior connection, or have even interacted at all, much less that Kris is a regular target for Susie's bullying.

And everyone else in class has the same lack of information, INCLUDING NOELLE. Which is a massive fundamental contradiction with the_n3w3st_g1rl_g1rl, because in the_n3w3st_g1rl_g1rl, Noelle literally SEES her do all of this.

I do kind of want to see Asgore kill Sans.

What I find especially interesting is how point 2 to makes it seem like the entire scenario is some kind of alternate twisted version of The beginning of chapter 2, which would also satisfy the other temporal contradictions.

Which makes me wonder, where have we seen the prospect of a distorted version of reality before? A distorted version of reality that, particularly, has Kris and Susie not being on good terms?

That's right, The Shadow Crystals! (Or more specifically, their light world version, "Glass.")

If you keep the Shadow Crystals and look through the "Glass" they become in the Light World, you see a distortion of reality. In one instance Kris's hand seems to disappear, in another, Susie stares coldly at Kris as if the two weren't friends. A vision that Kris even verifies as false by looking around the Shadow Crystal and seeing Susie playfully doing a rude gesture in their direction.

Connecting these two things would help explain why Susie still dislikes Kris in the_n3w3st_g1rl_g1rl, despite Chapter 1 apparently having happened already, as well as why Noelle says that Susie has been targeting Kris often despite them never interacting prior to chapter 1.

In this twisted version of events, the fact that Susie and Kris have become friends in the real world and are spending a lot of time together is being translated and distorted into Kris being the primary target of Susie's harassment.

In chapter 4, I just realized that even if you complete the snow grave route, Susie still mentions that Queen told her how to make a dark world.

However, in the weird route, she never gets the chance to tell the us that. Ralsei cut her off, and she immediately goes to being a good guy who would never tell us how to make a dark world. Just a very small oversight that I thought was kind of cool.

If it were me, I would have had Kris create the dark world instead, which could maybe lead Susie to have some questions for them. This could stress even further how Kris is not who they seem.
