Rover really is the weak link in cart's team. Cia is great short field time, but she still puts out a good amount of damage and her grouping can also be helpful. Rover on the other hand does mid damage and has even worst healing. I was trying my hand at level 6 dragon and had to swap Rover out for SK cause I have a case of mild skill issue and kept getting tagged during my rotation which would snowball into someone getting taken out. If I wasn't saving for Lupa I would pull for S2 Cart so I could just use SK full time on the team, but since I can't get S2 I will just have to grind out reps with the team and learn to play it better

Following theorycrafters will kill your enjoyment of the game and make you worst at it. It doesn't matter if Zani can do the highest dps if those number can only be reached if you do a perfect rotation vs a mob that doesn't move. All theorycrafters do is make bads want to pull for the newest character in the hopes that they will be what lets them clear content.
I didn't start to max clear endgame content until I start to take the time to get better at playing the game. Once you figure out that rotations are just guidelines and that not getting hit by learning attack pattern will also up your dps.

You can only do BA chain in white hair mode if you want to dodge, if you hold to spin there's no way to dodge. Red hair mode is better in this aspect.
The most annoying thing however is you don't recover stamina in red hair mode. So if you're skill issued dodging you'll find yourself with no stamina real quick.
In other words she has low skill ceiling spin2win but high skill cap. But it's not really that rewarding either.
Cart is most braindead dps thus far. She requires 0 skill, just understanding how her kit works. Her attacks are fast and can dodge most of the time (cart has some airborne time but you can work around that).
