We had a run where we got our Duchess 810k runes yesterday I'll see if I can find it, erg lobby no hacks but I think we fed him a scarab right after landing and had crucible keep so we technically didn't beat the game
Alright manged to kill super adel first try. Can't say I feel too good about it though. Looking at my resources it wasn't bad but I just felt so passive in the fight especially with his potent camera jankery. Normally I'd call it a win for cursed sword usage but this time I really have to admit that it was a lot of passive damage(weapon with the flame jets on walk + poison from katana) and ult damage that really took him down. He was already one of the lords I never fought except for clearing with each character so maybe it's because of that but aside from starting in phase 2 and some bigger booms he didn't seem like a super lord and i still have no clue how to fight him properly. Actually the fuck does phase 3 even do aside from make the arena smaller?

1 take improved dodging as reward along the run
2 as ironeye i could stand back enough to see his moveset and actually dodge. don't know how you would see well in melee.
3 get closer to him when he summons the windwall. i was perfectly in the middle of the windwall when it spawned and i instantly died and had to crawl out of the wall.
i did this with 2 randoms and they were impeccable. i got the serpent bow and did my part.
i also have an unbelievably long sequence where marika herself protected me as the boss went into "focus mode" on me, and i literally dodged everything

Even when you get windows to attack most of your regular melee attacks whiff and you'll just end up getting punished by some AOE slam anyways. It's easier to hit it when you aren't locked on, but it's so spastic and mobile that you will quickly lose track of it and what's it's doing if you don't lock on to it.
It's not necessarily hard to beat if you are patient but fuck me I personally think this is the most annoying boss they have ever developed.

The physick flask that turns damage into health is a MUST for this Adel fight. Drink it when he does the tornado nuke and you can safely wail on him while getting healed. It's amazing. I expect all erg players to HEED my ADVICE and use the flask from now on.

Hold onto any holy or magic damage up items, then if you find a good purple weapon with a good ash like Blade of Culling, Halo Scythe, Black Blade, Glintstone Kris, Moonveil, etc. go all in on stacking that element then skill spam like hell. Buy shards or take a quick stop to a rise if it's on the way if you need it
Relics I use Heolstor's and Golden Dew because that's a free 20% more damage. Her remembrance cup can fit both and then a white slot to slot in whatever you want

Dagger reprise is 40% (40%) with relic
Everything regular reprise doesn't reprise (a bunch of special crits) dagger reprise can't do as well. It's not like core or anything. But if you take it, you should be using it because very little (2 spells, 4 weapons) in that run is going to outdamage your dagger combo.
