Make a GW1 style vanquish challenge for each zone. Take the existing overworld zones, make them up to 8 man instances you enter with friends (No duty finder, be social you idiot), where the goal is kill every mob in the zone. Mobs won't respawn, and we'll ignore the S ranks but A and B ranks do count. Limit flight until the currents have been found, same location as the story, and none for ARR. Mobs aren't hard or anything but are scaled to current level, so you're not blowing everything up. Give a cool title or something for finishing all of an expac, and a gear set glam with weapons for finishing all of the expacs.
