She wanted her rule to be eternal, so she removed the Rune of Death from the Elden Ring and gave it to Maliketh for safekeeping. That's why those blessed by grace can't die, at least not permanently. The aristocrats and soldiers you see look like zombies, but they're not, they're just really really really old, subservient to whatever duties or desires they had before.
Anyway some time after the Golden Order was established there was a plot to kill a bunch of the demigods. Ranni was either roped into this plot or orchestrated it in defiance of her fate as dictated by the Two Fingers. She stole a fragment of the Rune of Death from Maliketh, enchanted it to the weird Black Knives used by the Assassins, and they carried out their plot. Godwyn was the first to die on the Night of Black Knives, but not the only one. However, Ranni used one of the Black Knives to kill her flesh and blood body at the exact same time Godwyn was assassinated. This bound them together, and the stolen Rune of Death fragment was split in two and bound to their bodies. Ranni's body died, but her soul couldn't die cause it wasn't in her body, so Godwyn's soul died in its stead, leaving behind his soulless, cursed, yet still living body.

When it comes to quests, I just tried to follow the Millicent one, and I just have to imagine how kino it would be to naturally come across her standing somewhere new, it is probably an unbelievable feeling.

I love Raider for Solo. Lots of VIG and END so you run out of gas less. Big stuns on bosses, use the recovery time to refill stamina and HP when wounded/tired. Retaliate massively reduces damage and lets you dish out so much more when the boss gets stunned / knocked over. Crystalians turned to dust. Golems extinguished. Giants gutted. All at level 1.

For his triple slam shockwave roll before his head hits the ground to dodge the initial attack, then wait half a second before rolling again to dodge the shockwave. Getting behind him helps a lot to just stay away. Remember that when he does his grab attacks he always does it twice, and can grab you from really far away, so always assume he's aiming for you even if it looks like he's not and roll anyway, so you don't get surprised.

Holding a direction for a few seconds causes the hawk to drop off the path and glide down, alt-tab causes you to drop due to PC controls.

A comfy build for me would incorporate his ability to take aggro whilst guarding, heal when using his ult and gaining art charge back when successfully guarding. Secondary to that would be enhancing his crowd control, so skill cooldown and extended duration for his tornado. It can repeatedly stagger a lot of heavy units and is great for controlling Banished Knight tier and below. In addition, reflecting damage. It's minimal actual damage but deals great poise damage so you can set enemies up for a critical strike.
The last 3 skills can be whatever you desire, but increased maximum stamina / HP / Poise are also perfect for this. You can also slot in self peel like healing when guarding, or healing with counter thrust attacks.

Fromsoft should add the Pursuer to the game as an invader. After beating him he respawns two more times with a five minute time delay, still targeting the original player, and can spawn anywhere, including in the Spirit Shelter and when facing the Nightlord.

He is more of a fixer, his ult makes everyone invul and he can hold it for quite a while + full heal and full rezz.

He is like a walking bunch of extra lives and sips that can deal a bit of damage.
His whirlwind just stunlocks everything up to and including silver knights which speeds up killing groups by a lot.
With the guard counter nova or ghosts he does serious stance damage too.

Which one of those would be better and help the team the most?
