One idea I've had for tags is new abyss area missions won't only give gems but also tags, proportionate to whatever level it's meant for. Maybe not enough to just max out your party, but it least it's a good incentive to do those missions plus a way for them to scale the tag grind.

if you put it on an earth character hitting an earth weakness its probably fine for characters without HA3 but I wouldn't rec it or call it big brain
rinnes skill on fighter MC however? its solid, if you leveled up a dragonslayer you already have a good weapon to swap to with it

Lets discuss class synergy Gwos.
Some are pretty good.
Like every class benefit from having passives from Knight class, it make them more tanky and reliable.
Mage<>Priest dual caster are great as both class benefit from having other class spells and both benefit from similar set of stats.
Same goes for martial classes like Fighter<>Knight or Fighter<>Rogue or Rogue<>Knight. Passives and active skills either make them more tanky or more deadly. Quite simple.
Priest as support class is also useful as it have some nice passives and everyone in team benefit from extra buff, remove debuff or healing spells.
Mage is kind of outlier in this regard outside dual caster combo. As Mage specialize in offensive and debuff spells - martial classes benefit little to none as they rely on different stats. I guess occasional Cortu may be nice in some fights, maybe some debuff against low res enemies. Well, Rogue<>Mage have some synergy even if not much.

Whatever you do, don't bother with demons. Just fully explored 8f-10f Guarda again, grabbing all the chest respawns and fighting everything, and it still took 2+ hours to go from 50 to 100.

Unironically, I don't actually mind these passes when the shit you have to farm is less annoying. Undead, magical beasts, and warped ones are all easy and fast, but insects and magical beings take forever even when you farm at the best spots.

Try to bring a party full of same personality (all good or evil, can use neutral on both), because choosing the correct response at fountain's camp dialogue will increase the trust of all adventurer with same personality, therefore making it faster to grind the trust.
