I calculated the stats if a LV 20 human ever entered the dark world, since in ch3 and 4 it's confirmed that your lightworld lv corresponds to your dark world level since the game lowers your light world health in fractions if you take damage in the dark world

>ATK: 38 (+ 16 with blackshard or twisted sword would be 54)
>DF: 4 (Kris and susies max no equipment DF is 2)
The ch4 titan has 21000 HP and 40 atk
The knight has 7300 and 40 atk (with sword equipped)
Spamton Neo, a powerful darkner, has 4809 hp and 13-26 atk
If you got to LV 21 somehow your hp would be ~22000, more than a freshly-hatched titan
You could easily solo a titan let alone the knight if you somehow kept your LV from a genocide route

I'm still sad about catti, Berdly got a whole dark world adventure and outfit based around his interests (video games and the internet). He fits perfectly into ch2. And yet Catti wasnt even in the ch4 church dark world, her whole character is that shes into the occult and she still wasnt brought into the dark world. Chapter 5 seems like it's going to be at the Flower king so we probably won't see anything of Catti. And that only leaves chapters 6 and 7 which are most likely going to be some sort of climax to the story and won't leave any room for new characters. And with how Catti is talked about and portrayed in chapter 4 I can already tell that she might become a basic character with no growth or story, meaning that post-game all of her fanart (if there is any) is going to suck. She has so much potential bros... I want to show the world her potential but I've become disinterested in art and I have too much collegework to do

The normal route of Deltarune is extremely dull and it really doesn't seem like Toby knows how to fix that fact.

I don't think many people will agree with me but I'll be honest. None of the pacifist/normal only content is interesting, none of it sparks speculation like snowgrave/weird route does. The games fighting system is already simple but the sparing minigames become stale after two or so encounters with people eventually opting to avoid fighting all together just to stop wasting time.
I feel like even Toby knows this to some extent with how in Chapter 3 Ramb makes a comment about how the normal version of the board game is a boring walking simulator while the weird version is much more interesting and its strange because he COULD make the pacifist/normal routes gameplay-aspects more interesting by just drip feeding you more lightner party members starting from chapter 4.
Instead of having fights be 2 or 3 turns regardless of how well you perform the minigame due to only have 3 people to command, you could pull of one turn pacifist fight sweeps due Berdly and Noelle adding 2 more possible commands. It would of even fit thematically, having you becoming stronger in fights like leveling would, but due to the friends you gained along the way instead of the levels you gained.
It just bugs me how damn lopsided gameplay and narrative wise the other "half" of Deltarune is shaping up to be.

The prophecy still isn't any clearer and in both routes we know something supposedly bad is going to happen at its end.
The other lightners have basically zero involvement in the darkworld in the normal route while in snowgrave both Noelle and Berdly have some attachment to it.

Since this game doesn't let you revisit old bosses, I have a save file in each chapter that's near the secret boss so if I want to replay that boss I can just jump in, I've been grinding the roaring knight because you know it's fun when you get the rhythm of it and I did a run without the mantle equipped and minimal ReviveMint usage (less than my first victory at least). Was wondering if the game's code checks if you have the mantle in your inventory of equippable items OR if it actually checks if you had the mantle equipped when you fought the knight.
