Each profile I click on, they'll list pros and cons and make you think "oh, this character is pretty good huh". Just make this team and you should be able to do basically the entire story + some of the more difficult content too. This is almost the same team I run, but I use +5/+5 Veneka, but the free wedding Eclipse is great since you get her at +5.

Well you need to get her. She's a must have at +5. Use every ticket on her until she's +5. I only have her +4, because I'll be at the pity from free rolls before her banner ends (currently at like 184 draw points, nearly 400 rolls in total).

Red is a magic team
Blue is a physical team.
Only use lathel if you have his atk buff costume.
You can use sammy(purple *) if you have her school girl costume for either team as it buffs both.

I honestly think you'll do better with a magic team because Lucrezia(3) is an excellent battery and she silences. Which will help until you can 1 turn everything. You'll eventually have to use Eleaneer(3 phys) and/or your free schera for dispels. If you pulled a girl because she's purty use her and put her in what team she fits in.
