If Eito had just stuck to his guns and maintained Takumi is clearly nuts (remember Takumi is claiming to be from the future) we could have had a cool route where everybody treats Takumi as a complete schizo which would have been really entertaining

Post release, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed with how some routes interpreted him (2nd scenario in particular) but generally Gaku didn't suffer too bad from the different writer inconsistencies. As much flack as the Boruto writer gets, he wrote Gaku very well and if the route wasn't paced like complete dogshit then it would be him at his best. His best routes were Blessings, Calamity, and CoA, all for different reasons. I actually don't want a super serious route for him in the DLC, but something fairly lighthearted, I had an idea where there were DLC's that paired two characters with Takumi being uninvolved since we don't have a lot of interactions between the SDU, and one route was Gaku and Ima trapped in a cave that loops constantly
