The only character right now that really wants her is Cartwheel and in that team she is just a cope pick for people with Cia.
If you are f2p and can't or won't invest in buffer/supports then yeah she is the goat. However for me if I have a hypercarry then I want their best support.

Wuthering Waves is my first gacha game, but one thing I've noticed is that the story is very theatrical and linear in nature, whether it be by artistic choice, or by necessity. I would liken it more to an opera than to a traditional story, with a plot controlled by theater kids exacting their congenital plans to guide and take over the hearts and minds of their viewers before they grow aware of the illusion they set before them, rather than construct a tale of believable fiction. Whilst observing the quests, the quests more serve as an emote to the expression of the character in question, rather than a means to serve the plot. The plot is secondary to the character expression, of which is the primary appeal to the setting's fans -- as every new character basks in the spotlight for its 15 minutes of fame, and the fans await to receive that character's chance to shine, and then hang on to the coattails of what that character represents. In a way, this game is like visiting a park where people gather for a kite flying event -- where individuals from all around display an avatar of something they can attach themselves to, with each unique expression of perfection offering its own means of communicating what lies within the pilot, that is urging itself to get out. Maybe this is the value people find in playing these games

Which is unfortunate, since the later quests (especially 2.2) make use of a lot of that lore and worldbuilding which 1.0 tries to establish and kinda stumbles over. At least the earlier acts of it
I do feel like 2.0 is where they really start to come into their own though, and I suspect some of the major themes introduced here are going to be touched on again in later parts of the story. I could already see some parallels between it and one of my favorite PGR chapters, though it was subtle
