I would sooner assume it had the same situation as XB2's dub, where the game was recorded chonologically for the story, and Eve's VA just adapted to the role as the recordings went on.
Same thing happened with the other game. Pyra and Rex's dubs start off bad, but by the 2/3rd mark, they both got quite good at their rolls, and weren't allowed to go back and rerecord earlier scenes.
