Reminiscent of when ranks of infantry brandish their prods rushing into the enemy line. It moves me deep within my heart to watch a Wisp meleeing over and over into the bloated chest of a long-dead enemy.

Gentlemen... All I ask for is Wisp butt, Wisp butt so grand as to make Hell itself tremble. Gentlemen, I ask you as fellow brothers in arms what is it that you really want? Of course I like invincibility, and nobody is disputing that current Valkyr only has invincibility going for her. The point you don't seem to understand is that post-rework Valkyr will not fix a SINGLE issue she has. Not one. Her kit isn't going to be "dynamic" or engaging, it's going to play identically to how it currently does, but without the ONE thing that gave Valkyr any sort of niche compared with the other melee frames.

Great, her 3 already did that, also the stated base range of the pull is miniscule considering range is already Valkyr's dump stat.

Enough said, it's... fine, and Pablo evidently feels the same way. Moving the enemy slow to Paralysis is a kind of lolworthy move, and the duration buff is irrelevant in a world where [Eternal War] exists.
>Paralysis gets modern line-of-sight (a nerf by another name lmao), damage vulnerability on affected enemies (because Valkyr needed more single-target damage, apparently), and now costs energy instead of shields (because even Pablo knows in his heart that post-rework Valkyr will be a shieldgating frame)

The magnetic status effect still only boosts damage to shield/overguard, though, regardless of faction.

There's so much shit and stuff to do in warframe that you can't actually pick a specific end game to level up. There's Duviri, railjack, kuva, sister of parvos, god knows what else i am missing. One of the key and game changers of warframe is that the updates don't focus on end game but the bigger fraction of players that play the game, thus ensuring they can enjoy it. this is particularly unique since many companies decide to focus and cater to the specific few that play endgame content.


There's a reason over 80 millions registered players play this and i think there's something for everyone out there, to the most hardcore shooters to the most degenerate of coomers.

The biggest problem with armor and health tanking on Valkyr vs any other frame is that you have to be in melee range in the guts of your enemy when using her 4 and taking all kinds of damage vs ninja flipping and deleting enemies from either out of their melee attacks or dodging projectiles. Armor and Health are going to get depleted quickly like that which is why grey bar worked and you built her around keeping it up. Changing her 1 to pull enemies to you is a good adjustment since that would help her also keep Warcry up with eternal war aug. Paralysis should've been changed completely to a new ability that add a passive buff to Valkyr when she takes damage that you can swap. Imagine if she got 3 or 4 passive buffs, One for more parkour speed, one for more melee range, one for more combo chance or time decay, and maybe one for a damage buff on finishers.

I dunno. Too many people with opinions on her and she's not even in their top 3 used frames really shouldn't have a say in the matter. I get spider frame but monkey paw'd my valkat. I wish Pablo would stop stroking his dick to this retarded health tank bullshit he's obsessed with.

Regardless of whether or not you think she'll be fine, the rework is objectively a failure because it failed to do what it set out to. He has flaws that should be changed but de never will.
His one has an inconsistent and buggy cast time because it pulls enemies into you, so if they are further away it will take longer to vore them. There is also a bug where you can get stuck in that animation for 10+ seconds and be vulnerable during it. They either need to give it a new animation (lol) or give him a grey bar while casting.
His two gets fucked over by him being the only frame in the game that has a restriction on casting it (needs an enemy in his gut), so there will be times where he just cannot cast nourish while every other frame in the game can cast it as much as they want. Unfortunately, pablo thinks removing the self-heal is an actual downside because he thinks healthtanking is 'fine.'
His three is a meme ability, but at least it is a fun meme.
His four is really good and it scales based on enemy health. I forget if his gastro augment is either really good and should always be used, or not that good.
