Honestly, the most disgusting thing about Shadoba 2 is that removal is cheap enough to invalidate many midgame plays.
Like too much hard removal at too low a cost, so even Aura cards can't escape most of it.
It's going to take some fairly extreme stats and abundance of kill effect immunity to make any midgame card worthwhile that doesn't vomit out a board or do like 3 other immediate effects.
Or they need to create some other new resilience effects on midgame stuff.

Aragavy is weak because of that too, evoing him is just always better for oppo. Best 5 drop is the draw 2 guy.
You should not play the 4pp ghost gold, it will eat all the shadows that you need to push lethal with cerb and mummies.
You should play bats, they are your emergency heal. Best bat card is 4pp ward because 1pp succ will make Cerb worse.
Ceres is shit, evoing bat is better than evoing Ceres (4pp vs 1pp for same heal).
Overall, Abyss is in cope mode until expacs improve the shadow or blood halves enough for a full deck.
