I was having a lot of trouble breathing through my nose so I stopped playing. I can't really afford seeing a doctor so i went to my kitchen, cooked a bunch of bacon, and ate with a lot of hot sauce. now I can breathe a bit better. I don't want to go back to DBD because killer queues are way too long and I don't want to keep going against Springtraps taking advantage of the game's current bugs.

TF2 proved that workshop can keep your game alive as long as community is devoted enough to keep playing it, this game has about 50-70k average players if I'm not mistaken and you have to pay for it meanwhile TF2 has the same amount while being free and has no updates whatsoever because community does the work for devs.
There were so many cool community made gamemodes that were arguably better than the base game such as Saxton Hale (where one guy takes the role of a boss that one shots) or Death run (where one guy activates traps and the rest has to avoid them). Also custom maps, I remember there being a map that was like a concert and you flew to space or some shit.
Just wish DBD would introduce replay system and community servers with workshop and new gamemodes.

Whenever a generator is completed, survivors not in chase will black out and wake up in a random spot of the map . Each time a survivor wakes up they will either be assigned to Q team , D Team, or C team. Each team has different perks and weaknesses. Teams cannot see the auras of opposing teams. Teams cannot performance cooperative actions with other teams.

Before blacking out, survivors are prompted with a scenario they can vote to have happen to other teams . When a Decision is made everyone can see who voted for what when they wake up.

The majority of the times you lose in solo queue will be due to your teammates lacking any cognitive ability rather than the killer playing particularly well. A lot of this is due to many survivor players refusing to touch killer and while there are some killer only players, it's not as common.

Survivors have all these made up rules of how a killer should play and then rage when you violate one of them. No other PvP game is really like this.

Making haywire basekit would buff solo que while nerfing swf. It would force your moron team mates to actually open the gates, and it would make it more difficult for swfs to go for endgame saves when they can't leave the gates at 99 and infinitely reset until they win.

-if he's not using any axe embed add-ons, and you're not a in a broken LOS loop, just leave the axe in your back and force him to recall it at the time limit and make him play M1 as long as possible. he doesn't get any advantage outside of reading the auras axe when you're not trying to removie it, and any situation he can grab the axe in he can lunge too.
-when repairing generators, if possible, repair it from a side where you can see the front of the nearest door. this way you can see the electric panel, and when the electric panel is blinking, it means he's going to emerge from it

1) he's bugged and is completely invisible for about a second after emerging from doors, this should be fixed in the next hotfix and it's incredible they didn't just hotfix it ASAP
2) he is undetectable for a very long time when emerging from a door, so if comes out from one door and then travels towards you, and you have your eye on the door nearest you, he will get the jump on you, especially if he is the glitchtrap skin which moves quietly
3) the doors open quietly, so if you're watching the door nearest you but don't actually have LOS and can only see it's aura, if you miss the faint sound of it opening, springtrap will be on you very close and suddenly

If they ever added a second Castlevania killer, Richter Belmont wouldn't be a bad pick, plucked from when he was corrupted by Shaft. I'd let you have a playable Belmont using the Vampire Killer. Then for legendary skins you could go with Gabriel, Doppelganger, or Fake Trevor. Hell, even Soleil would be viable.

assuming mmr is functional you'd expect most players to converge on 60% at the mmr that most generally accurately reflects their skill. as far as i know though it's not really that functional both in design and particularly outside of low-to-mid mmr because of soft-cap mechanics, so it's hard to read into.
in other words you could be a weak player playing against mostly weak players and sitting at 60% because you're evenly matched, or you could be a strong player facing mostly strong players and sitting at 60% because you're evenly matched*

the first one's not really a rule, more emergent gameplay. there is no friendly fire, spies can disguise as a teammate, ammo is plentiful. players have every incentive to attack their teammates to see if they're secretly an enemy or not.
tunneling is essentially the same thing, emergent gameplay. survivors die when they're hooked for a third time, the fewer survivors alive the easier it is to win as killer. killers are incentivized to remove a survivor as fast as possible. camping is an extension of this same incentive but more specifically about the fact that survivors need to unhook this person, can't do so safely if the killer's guarding the hook, so playing around that can be an effective way to generate pressure if survivors can't coordinate.
an imaginary rule in the case of spychecking would be saying "hey don't spycheck it makes spy really unfun to play". obviously that's silly in tf2 since it's part of a whole design of spy's high-risk high-reward gameplay.
dbd's emergent tunneling/camping feels far more degenerate because it doesn't feel like it fits the design of the game, or in particular what players find the most engaging/enjoyable about playing dbd, and is far more game warping in its effect as it defines that nearly ALL interaction the match will have will be centered around this strategy, whose counterplay doesn't fall in line with player expectations. shit like that

I still firmly maintain that Trickster rework is the single worst rework they've ever done. And that's saying a lot because Overheat Billy and current Skull Merchant are things that existed. What did they do for Trickster mains that enjoyed the killer? Well they made precision firing worse since you have to hit 8 knives, they made taking bad chases harder because the laceration meter decays faster, and his general time to kill went way down because... well, again: 8 knives. What did they do for Survivor mains who hated playing against Trickster? Well he's always at max fire rate, his zero-skill Metal Slug Heavy Machinegun powerup is now available all the freaking time, and you can't even make distance from him by playing well because he moves at 115%. Trickster rework was this glorious enigma of Behaviour design where they made the killer simultaneously less fun to play as and against. He became even better in the zero counterplay "killer finds you in the open and just downs you" situations that survivors hated, but he became worse at actually using his power around loops and skillfully downing survivors. The literal only good thing that came out of the Trickster rework was the removal of recoil for the sake of console players. I am genuinely not joking that the Trickster rework was a Hillbilly Overheat butchery of a character, except instead of making the killer so ass that survivors could win without effort he was now even more frustrating in situations survivor mains already hated. You literally don't have a power against any survivor who's moderately competent at looping, and getting free downs in the open is a fleeting high that is quickly replaced by immense misery. Current Trickster is literally the only 115% killer I feel the need to run both Bamboozle and Brutal Strength on to even have a chance to get downs.

Presently, when Billy is revving and using his chainsaw, a meter slowly fills up. When it's full his chainsaw goes into overdrive (the blue flames) and gets buffed across the board temporarily.
Before he had overdrive, Billy used to have overheat instead. It was the complete opposite. A meter would fill as he revved his chainsaw, and when it filled, the chainsaw would overheat and become disabled for some 20 seconds or something.

I can't come up with balanced ideas on the spot but I can give some general and varied ideas to work from. all of these are addon effect ideas:
-one that shows nemmy the aura of any survivor who blinds or kills a zombie for some significant time, possibly giving nemmy stealth too so he can capitalize on it and dissuade survivors from disabling zombies
-one that causes zombies to gain speed over time and be effected less by blinding over time the longer they exist, until they are genuine threats, forcing survivors to use up pallets to kill them
-one that causes both zombies to drop everything and always focus on the survivor nemmy is chasing, would be a meme presently but could be something real to combo with other addons if a zombie addon pass ever happened
-one that makes zombies faster each time they are killed and respawn, up to a reasonable cap as nemmy can kill them himself

Indoor maps would be completely unplayable. Shitposting aside I think giving him 2 more zombies would be very helpful while staying reasonable.

Honestly the real issue with his zombies is their AI is just terrible. They path randomly in patrol mode until they are drawn by noise(generator repairs, survivors running, vaulting, etc) within their cone of detection. This is why oftentimes their presence isn't felt at all. Imagine a situation where Nemesis is holding a 3-gen on the south side of the map and the gens on the north side of the map are all fixed. Any zombie that wanders into the north side will basically stay there forever because nobody will go there and there are no noises taking place in their detection cone.

Devs should have made it so when there's nothing to do, zombies try to wander to be within X distance of incomplete gens(idk numbers but X should be far enough to not be oppressive obviously). That way they will at least be within a reasonable distance of where the action is taking place and you don't get games where both your zombies are nudging around the far edge of the map doing nothing at all.
