Depends on your build and what you’re trying to do but the kineticist can wear all gear (beside weapon/shield slot, has to use 1h wand), carries haste aura and elemental weakness, is really good at applying on hit effects (ie curse on hit gloves), and can actually solo clear weak mobs, so they are probably the most useful for the most amount of builds

When poe 2 accounts were being hacked earlier this year, we got screenshots of the control panel for player account administration. There, plain as day, is an adjustable toggle for loot seed. Good seed = good loot. They're generated on account generation and are supposed to be impossible to change.

Look at PoBs for Poison Conc of Bouncing. They all take the sword nodes that have block for a chance to gain frenzy charges hitting unique enemies.
6 nodes for 12% block + unique enemy frenzy node.
A bunch of them go pass 2 different mark nodes, one for flask charges one for flat damage.
3 nodes for 40% damage with hits and ailments + 10% increased damage by marked target + 10 % reduced accuracy of marked target.
Then a 4th node for marked target has a chance to grant frenzy charges.
Now I'm not a build maker but they all also run marks so I don't understand this choice.

Im probably gonna drop the snaking helmet, for an item rarity one. Thats like 100 item rarity from a helmet and also mana reservation. Which means I’ll also be dropping all the warcrys. And I’ll make up for this loss of damage by removing the helmet by strength stacking. Im not totally sure how defensive shit works yet. I’d like to be doing t17s one day on this toon. Im at around 100k armor and it seems to be working well enough, I can probably take on a t17 with this. But it’s not that reliable yet. Going evasion instead of armor might be the play here, without using the helmet there’s not as much incentive to armor stack. You just have access to some decent armor passives from the talent tree, but overall I think an armor/evasion setup is just way better dude.

Ok guys I'm going explain how the loot seeds work.
Currency is on its own seed and items are on a separate one. Different mechanics have different seeds. The formula used for these seeds is similar to how evasion works in the game. Basically, if you have 99% evasion chance 1 out of every 100 attacks will hit you. Then it resets. So just substitute the evasion formula for the loot seed formula.
People who are partnered with poe streaming the game get a bonus to their chance. People who have recently paid into the game get a boost for about a week. From what I can tell it is character specific. So you buy a pack and then play and you will get better drops. Now, for the negative stuff. If you get a chat ban. You take a hit to your loot seed. I havent rmted or been caught for doing illegal shit like abusing mechanics so I cant comment if you get a worse loot seed from that. But, im sure it is there.
