Again I will clarify. I got a leavers penalty for quitting early to get chests. It’s not my fault the game developers designed the game poorly. I as a player can optimize how to get my rewards faster, and owe nothing to my opponent. It took me 20 games to get 5 chests which is absurd. You should get a chest after the first five wins every day not randomized. If you are curious to what the leavers penalty is a .5 cut to exp gained from duels for two duels. The same thing happened in master duel launch. People played suicide decks in events until Konami changed it so you get way more exp from wins.

I am only at c3 sapphire, so I am still a baddie, but all the complaining about portal and rune made me think matches will be borderline impossible. Yes it's rune-favored, but I feel like haven has real chances vs rune if the game doesn't drag on for too long. Rune does nothing early and you're probably never going to die in the mid-game (unless they manage to setup a board and you have 0 removal somehow), it usually boils down to whether you can get a big combo off before dshift which isn't so uncommon.
In my opinion the absolute worst cancer matchup for haven is dragon, both ramp and aggro completely shit on your gameplan there's nothing you can do.

Having reached rank A, and played for a while now, I'd like to apologize to Eudie for thinking she's useless. My problem was playing dogshit cards like the cannon, and the 5pp spell, instead of curving out with more 2 drops, and using more powerful cards that don't need evo to be usable (medical grade assassin and noah). The best portal deck is a hybrid of puppet and artifact, any pure build is bad (pure puppet can't finish games, pure artifact dies to losing tempo after running out of evo and can brick).

Are people here actually having fun with the game? It's just 99% portal/rune, every match goes the same with players playing the same cards X turn, and the one who draws the wincon first wins. They need to redesign the cards, remove storm to face and the chill on the amount of effects in single card.
